As a part of huge learning there is a process map set right from requirement gathering from client to handover of interior done home. Process map has guiding principles, checklists, questionnaires, templates etc to ensure that client gets what they are promised.

Mr. Telang comes Onboard with over 35 years of Industry Experience. Retired as Unit head of BHEL, he strongly believes in Woman Empowerment and Skilling the young talent pull. He brings in Administrative discipline and Direction to the Company’s vision and Roadmap. Mr. Telang has been awarded various accolades and excellence awards in his career.
As a Mentor to Founding team, he always brings in solutions to roadblocks. His strong industry connects, knowledge of Processes and governance are real asset of Decorite.
Founder CEO
Vishal is Engineer and MBA from Premium Indian Institutes in India and possess over 15 years of corporate experience in Multiple industry at global leadership positions. Has experience in working with brands like, Bajaj, Pepsi, Bristlecone, IBM, Fujitsu and Cognizant.
Became an entrepreneur in 2014 and set various ventures in Interior and Architect Industry. He brings in Passion, clarity of thoughts and a true leadership to take everybody along for a journey to success. He has been awarded various credentials in his corporate and entrepreneur life.
Head – Decorite Interior Management Program ( IMP)
Shikha, is an Architect by profession, and also possess a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from USA. She has an architectural degree from Bharati Vidyapeet Mumbai a well renowned Engineering and architectural college. She moved to the Unites States in 2002 and persuaded her Masters degree to explore the Management side of the business. In the States she has worked for corporates like Verizon, Suez Environment and United Water at executive levels. She started her entrepreneur journey in 2011 and worked many leadership and management projects. Decorite, is another feather in her entrepreneur journey. Her leadership skills and Industry knowledge to further it are the core competencies she brings to Decorite. In her role, Shikha is responsible for making a raw talent to a full professional in interiors by continuous learning programs and best practices in interior management.
Head – Business and Projects.
Bhavna is an avid Interior Passionate Soul. By Qualification she is a Computer Engineer and has completed her Post graduation in Business Management from London. Her career took a refreshing turn when she followed her passion for interior, and she has been steadily evolving ever since. She has 10+years of experience in the Interior industry. She is also a certified Mahavastu expert, practising for the past 9 years. Being a Mahavastu expert she believes in bringing positivity to every home that she works on, with 100% positive results. She is an expert in project delivery and project management to achieve customer satisfaction. She enjoys creative problem solving and getting exposure on multiple projects and excels in a collaborative environment. In her role, she takes along all Decorite Certified Professional in the entrepreneurial journey of Interior Management and ensures full support to them from sales to project closures. She has a jovial and enthusiastic personality, and also an extremely positive outlook towards every client and never gives up on any opportunity.
Managing Partner
Shalika is designer by heart and soul. She lives and breathe designs and same is reflect in her attitude and passion. Ex- Director at NIFD and Entrepreneur, she brings in huge experience in making home beautiful.
As entrepreneur, she successfully launched her brand Berry Poppins, specialized in Kids Furniture. Shalika is famous among entire design team for her innovative ideas. Leader by example and untiring soldier of Decorite.
